Cast-in-place piles are inferior in quality to general structure of
concrete.
The quality of cast-in-place concrete piles are worse than the general
structures of concrete. We reduce the compressive strength of concrete
piles, when we design the cast-in-piles. But we don't clearly know how
much and why the compressive strength declines.
In this report, estimate the decline in compressive strength in piles.
