@Information infrastructure by the Internet is spreading all over the world and we can communicate with any people interactively on the Internet. We can now provide HTML documents, including text, static and moving picture of railway technical information of RTRI. HTML documents are mainly one-way transfer from sender to receiver. But VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and VRML browser create a cyberspace in computer. People can enter by using avatar and communicate with other people encountered in the virtual space. We are now designing and constructing a virtual railway museum. In virtual space, the museum has a possibility of offering a personalized and adaptive interface suitable to each person's age or knowledge level.
