Noise reduction technologies

　To reduce the aerodynamic noise when a train runs or study the mechanism of its generation by using the Wind Tunnel, it is required to minimize the noise (background noise) inherent thereto in sending air. This Wind Tunnel has adopted advanced noise reduction technologies as far as possible, including those to prevent the blower noise generated in the wind circuit from propagating to the open test section and reduce the air jet noise emitted from the nozzle.
