Oral, Specialist, and Poster Sessions

The Congress features three main types of paper presentation sessions: Oral, Specialist, and Poster Sessions.

The venue of the Oral Sessions will be held at RTRI in four session rooms, Room R-1 in the Auditorium, and Rooms R-2 to R-4 in the Main Building (see Maps 1 to 3). Each oral session will be moderated by a chairperson. Each presentation will be followed by a few minutes of questions and discussions.

The venue of the Specialist Sessions & Poster Sessions will be "Hikari Plaza" located across the street from the "Gate" (see Maps 1, 4, & 5). Both types of sessions will have posters displayed, with brief presentations followed by discussions. Each of the Specialist Sessions will be moderated by a chairperson. Each of the Poster Sessions will be generally guided by a session leader. Nine conference rooms, H-1 to H-9, will be reserved for the Specialist Sessions & Poster Sessions. Each room will be equipped with chairs for the convenience of holding discussions, with enough space to move around the presentation areas.
