The Relationship between Ground Structures and Slope Failures due to Rainfall

The structures of grounds on which slopes are liable to be damaged by rainfall
and deformed states of slopes have been investigated. It has been made clear that
many slope failures due to rainfall occurred at the sites where the permeability
of ground water is discontinuous.
