In the former report, a structural model of intention of long service was extracted. The present research further investigates this model and newly a new model of motivation to work. At first five factors are taken up ; satisfaction with training and welfare of the company, atomosphere of workplace, complaint on physical load, achievement and completion, and complaint on the work instruction and evaluation. After investigating the basic structure of the factors by Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Higher Order Factor Analysis, a causal structural model is established by Convariance Structural Analysis. From the result, it can be said that training and welfare of the company influence the intention of long service ; and achievement and completion influence the motivation to work ; and complaint on the work instruction and evaluation influence achievement and completion. So the structural model of intention of long service and motivation to work are extracted and the difference between the models are clarified.
