Development of the Workplace Safety Climate Assessment Technique

Safety climate at workplaces is supposed to affect the human errors of a railway worker. To give guidance to the safety of job sites, a railway company has to fully grasp the safety climates at workplaces precisely. In this report, we describe a process of developing a technique to assess, quantitatively and expediently, the level of the workplace safety climate by using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process principally.
