The depth of recently built underground structures in cities is on the increase. The influence of such development is spreading widely, resulting in a drop of ground water level, obstruction of seepage flow, etc. We studied the seepage flow around a shield tunnel including a station using the 3-D saturated-unsaturated seepage f.e.m. analysis, In the study we estimated the influence of those structures to the ground water and proved that this analysis method is effective.
