We earlier proposed a system construction method using facility description language for facility management systems. First we developed some simple facility management systems containing signaling drawing for verification of functions. In those systems, facility description language stated positional relation between different symbols. However, facility description language can deal with their functional relation, too. From this report, it is clear that the construction method using facility description language can brings further benefits than traditional system construction method does.
