Reinforced Concrete specimens with pre-induced cracks were subjected to a long-term exposure test to observe development of reinforcement corrosion under cold environment conditions. After 42 years of exposure, inspection results showed that there were slight reinforcement corrosion and a little change in its tensile strength. Based on these inspection results, deterioration of concrete structures was predicted.
