In this research, we targeted the difference between young workers' safety attitudes and those of their advisor in order to make clear young workers' safety attitudes. We investigated two tendencies of their attitudes, cognitive one and behavioral one. The research results proved that there is no difference between young workers and their advisor on "what is important for safety", but there is a difference on "How it is important". Through a factor analysis, we obtained three factors. For the three factors, there is a difference between young workers and their advisor on the assessment in each tendency and the relation between the tendencies.
