A steel reinforced concrete structure (SRC) was adopted for a slab of through-truss by West Japan Railway Company for the first time in Japan. Adoption of SRC achieves a great cost reduction. As little is known about the cracks of SRC, however the method to establish an optimal formula is not known yet. For this reason, two experiments, drying shrinkage and tension tests, were conducted to check its safety. Based on the experimental results, steel fibers were mixed in concrete in order to improve the safety against the cracking of SRC. In this study, we aim at analytical reproduction of the experimental results, and purpose a technique to evaluation; cracks of SRC mixed with steel fiber.
