Hajime AKATSUKA, Misako MIYAHARA, Akira SHINOMIYA

The number of people who enter the labor market after finishing the high school and the rate of employment continue to decrease due to the declined birth rate and improved the university-advancement rate. The adoption activities of railroad companies are afraid to suffer a serious influence when economic conditions have recovered in the future to offer more positions for graduates. Therefore, we analyzed the relation between the image of the enterprise and the employment intention of high school students by a questionnaire survey to establish a measure to secure manpower for railroad companies in the future.
