In order to assess the requirements for railway services quantitatively, we performed a questionnaire survey and analyzed the results from several view points. There are few reports that quantitatively analyze the sense of value of users to qualitative railway services or compares quantitative services and qualitative services. We have devised the questionnaire to evaluate the relative sense of value for plural services at high reliability.
