It is important to prevent the buckling of continuous welded rail tracks, which is affected by the dynamic factors including the vibration of track when a train passes. When the track vibrates, the lateral resistance of track is expected to decrease. To establish a method to precisely evaluate track buckling, it is required to clarify the effect of the factor. We measured the lateral resistance of a track when it was vibrated, analyzed several conditions of tracks reflecting the vehicle load and clarify the effect of track uplift and vibration.
