High speed railway projects for 350 km/h operation are underway in Korea, Taiwan, China, the US, etc., not to mention European countries. Track technologies that realize high speed operation at 350 km/h is already established and waiting for the start of revenue service. On the other hand, new track structures, inspection methods and maintenance methods are proposed. This paper introduces these track technologies by referring to foreign technical journals. Key words are "environment" and "maintenance."
