Background Factor Analyzing Technique to Prevent Organizational Accidents

  Failure caused by human error is regard as a serious issue. In this regard, several methods have been developed in various industries to analyze the factors that exist behind organizational accidents. The purpose of this paper is to investigate these methods. In analyzing the background factors of an accident, it is a point to trace the process that led to the accident in the post-analysis, and to obtain common latent factors (social psychological factors) in the prior-analysis.
