Products and services have various environmental aspects from the viewpoint of production and utilization. If they can be expressed by one value, they transpose to a money value, in evaluating the economical efficiency. This paper describes a view of integration by money conversion of environmental load. And environmental efficiency as the LCA of the railroad in consideration of economical efficiency. Moreover, and shows an LCA trial calculation on Hokuriku Shinkansen.
