Characteristic Evaluation of Aluminum Feeder Wire Compression Joint

  The disconnection accidents of aluminum compression joint arise from increase of contact-resistance between wire and sleeve. In order to find increase of contact-resistance on the corrosion of aluminum contact compression joint, we carried out the acceleration degradation test of aluminum compression jointing sleeves and evaluated its electric and mechanical characteristics. On results we set up for permission resistance of aluminum compression jointing sleeve of only aluminum wire. The results are described in this paper.
