We propose a method to evaluate train-rescheduling alternatives based on station service indices. An index of service indicate a quality of services in view of travel speed that passengers enjoy the benefit. In this paper, we modified the station service indices to evaluate more precisely the train-rescheduling alternative with an additional factor regarding the passenger dissatisfaction against congestion at the station premises. We calculated the said indices for substantial rescheduled diagram and its a alternative slightly modified. As a result, it was evident that the modified service indices were effective for the train-rescheduling alternatives.
