Voluminous information will flow out on the network since a new preventive system for earthquake disasters outputs much of P-wave warnings and S-wave warnings by seismograph, and transmit and receive the warnings with the seismograph. Therefore, we developed a telecommunication method adaptable to the foregoing system capable of precise transmitting of warnings. Even though a multiple number of seismographs exist together, system construction technically becomes possible without any technical problems, as it does not depend on the manufacture for this correspondence procedure. It is conceivable that the advantage contributable to both of railway operators and seismograph manufactures will be tremendous since such a concept will induce adequate competition among manufactures and eventual cost saving.
