RTRI and MIR (Metropolitan Intercity Railway Company) have developed the facility management system to manage and maintain various equipment in the Tsukuba Express. This system has the ledger of the electric installation and facilities equipment in the state of the database and can mange the relating material such as photographs and the drawings. Moreover, we designed the system so as to support the maintenance business of facilities overall by achieving the function to support the plan of the inspection program, manage the inspection data, and manage the plan of construction work and records. In this paper, we introduces the outline of our development.
