We are pleased to announce that, following the WCRR'99 in Tokyo last year, the 5th World Congress on Railway Research, WCRR2001, will be held in Cologne (Koln), Germany, from November 25 to 29, 2001.
The first WCRR was held in Paris in 1994, followed by the second one in Colorado Springs in 1996, the third in Florence in 1997, and the fourth in Tokyo in 1999. All of these conferences, organized by the top management and R&D executives of UIC, AEA Technology Rail, SNCF, DB, FS, AAR, and RTRI, have marked great success as unique occasions where railway-related people from around the world gathered and discussed railway technologies.
We would like to recommend you to participate in this significant railway congress by way of giving presentations, joining the exhibition and sponsorship programs, and attending a wide variety of sessions.
